Jerry Llewellyn brings over 35 years of organizational development experience to every engagement. His career spans diverse industries and leadership roles:

  • Early Career: Began in sales in the printing industry while volunteering with United Way, eventually becoming Director and regional council president.
  • Healthcare: Launched medical clinics and pharmacies, establishing 6 locations across medically underserved areas.
  • Life Care Centers of America: Built a national HR department managing 8,000 employees and developed national performance management systems.
  • Regency Healthcare: Replicated HR systems and served as VP of Ancillary Medical Services.
  • Entrepreneurial Startup: VP of Operations and HR roles, generating 500+ service contracts in 3 years.
  • Pinnacle Rehabilitation: Regional startup scaled from $0 to $10M revenue in 2 years, grew to 300+ staff and $4M+ net profit.
  • International Consulting: Developed a strategic planning model used by 400+ consultants nationwide.
